Q: How to apply for a copy of charge sheet

I am living outside Delhi. For FIR under 377, charge sheet has been filed in one of the courts in Delhi. If my earlier lawyer collected CS by using already given vakalatnama: 1. No summon is issued to be till date. Can I get one copy of the CS from court as I am accused? 2. If I submit application in the court for CS, can i get it on the same day or I have to come another date (if given by court) ? 3. Court will not give CS to me, if My laywer is already collected it?

Have a word with the ahlamad of the court concerned. He will get you a copy. You will need to inform the ahlamad of your situation. Usually they do help you. But the copy given will not be a certified copy, however you may use it. Also you can engage a new lawyer he will get it for you. Should you want to apply for a fresh copy, ask your lawyer to apply for a certified copy. You will be provided one. It may take some time though, maybe two weeks

You don't need to worry. There are many judgements on this aspect and you will get relief from the court. Please make sure you do inform the government agencies of the pending criminal case and give it's details. Please do not hide the details as it will go against you. If you qualify, there is no way they can reject your appointment.

It would be better if you would explain what you mean by disposal of P.D. The terms of agreement for original allottee will be applicable to buyer only when they are expressly made part of the agreement with the seller ( Ashina Housing Limited) if the sale deed has not been registered. The seller can at this juncture negotiate for better terms and also change the terms if they do not suit him. Care and caution should be taken by the buyer to take the consent of the seller (Ashiana Housing) if the sale deed has not been registered.

Q: Legal procedure for the registration of court marriage

i want to registered my love marriage ,,... Is any notice post in our houses during marrige registration process.. .. and i want to registered from Court except nearest SDM office so is it possible or not ?

If you and your partner are both Hindus by religion then you can get the marriage registered under the Hindu marriage act. Under this act no notice is sent. However if both are not Hindu then you will have to register your self under the special marriage act. In this case a notice will go to the place of residence as well as will be pasted on the board for objections. In Delhi the marriage procedure is now online and you can visit and get the same registered.
