Can an investigating officer file a chargesheet in court without question of accused

hi if you are aggrieved by the final report then you could file petition in the court to quash the chargesheet as it is based on all false allegations and file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on false allegations

without investigation of the accused , the investigating officer can't arrest the accused , The investigating officer needs valid reason to arrest the accused without valid reason he cannot arrest the accused, approach us we help you even if they come to arrest you...we tried not to arrest you
