Legal advice for quashing FIR.

In 2018, my arranged marriage in Siliguri turned sour due to the girl's abusive behavior, revealed a month before the wedding(have a call recording for that). As we were not engaged,I ended the alliance foreseeing future problems. Her family's filed false FIR allegations of embezzlement under 420/406. I seek to resolve this quickly, considering legal options to quash the baseless FIR. Assistance with trustworthy contacts in Calcutta High Court and the likelihood of success is sought.

Hello, Can you tell me a few details like whether the charge has been framed or not and whether the evidence stage of the matter has started? Well, for quashing a case under 482 crpc before the Hon'ble High Court, you need to give me details. Please provide them so that proper legal advice can be shared.

dear client as per your query since your case is going in the lower court so you need to get the certified copy of the case from lower the court as it is necessary for quashing of the case in the High court...
