Legal advice concerning supply and delivery of photos

30-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am building an online website that customers use to order fish. But I would not be revealing who the suppliers are on my website. Once a customer places an order, through the website, I would contact the supplier and they would raise the invoice which goes to the customer directly and payment for the order is made directly to the supplier. I am doing this as an individual and don't have any company in my name. Will I be subject to any legal issues, if any issues happen. E.g the fish doesnt get delivered, the fish that has been delivered is of bad quality or if the customers don't get the exact order that they want? Will I be held responsible under law or will the suppliers be penalised?

as per the settled position in consumer law,the manufacturer and the distributor are equally liable for the difficiency and defective service or delivery. so from your message, it reveals that you are not desirous to disclose the details regarding the suppliers and you only provides service to the customers according to their choice. so incase if any difficiency or defective service were caused, them you can dos lose the details of the channel partner from whose part the omission was caused and thereby you can take the liability on their shoulders

feel free to contact me for clarification if any
