What are the options for legal actions against patents and sibling for insulting my partner with false claims such having many relationships with other men and accusing of looting money.
lodge a criminal complaint against them before the police concerned detailing all the attrocities committed by them against your wife in detail. normally police will take action and in case if they are not taking action, you can approach the magistrate court concerned seeking direction to lodge FIR upon your complaint
