I want to take legal action against a company that has committed fraud by accepting payment and then gone absconding refusing to provide service. DO NOT CALL ANSWER BY WHATSAPP ONLY

you can file cheating case as well as in consumer forum case and definitely you wil get your money as we'll as composition if the company registered for any further information cal me in future regarding the above said issue

Dear Sir, You may immediately register a complaint with police. As you are saying he is absconding better trace him out with the help of police. Without tracing him you cannot initiate any action against him. You may also file private complaint.
