Legal action advise against false 376 case (now closed) filed against

Hi.My husband was accused of 376 by his ex girlfriend. He went to jail and came out in 2021 and case got closed in 2022. The girl took the case back and settled outside the court.My husband started his relationship with her.Now he is giving me divorce for her. I want to know if there is any case I can file against that girl (1) for mental torture caused by her during the case and this affair. (2) can I file a legal action for filing a false case and misusing the law. She didn't get any fall.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as still you are his legally wedded wife but on what grounds he has filed the divorce that has to be seen first and after that whatever evidence you have regarding his relationship with that particular girl you can file your detailed reply in your written statement before the court along with the parawise reply to the allegations made in the petition for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

on the above mentioned query please clear all the facts of the said matter before getting any confirmed legal opinion. because motive is not clear in this query. in the first instance you can file FIR under 420 ipc against them
