Hamari ladai ho gai achanak hum par hamla kiya gya hum do the vo log paanch aur preplanned the mere sir par chot ayi medical karwa ke case kiya fir me sec 323,324,504 lagai gyi ab charge sheet bhi ho gai sirf c.o saab ke sign baki hai aap bataye ki chargesheet court me kab jayegi aur uske baad kya action hoga , aur kya hame bhi koi lawyer hire karna padega kyuki case sirf hamne kiya hai hamare upar koi charge nahi hai . chartsheet कोर्ट में आने के बाद आरोपी को अपनी जमानत करानी पड़ेगी और अगर अपने अपना पक्ष अच्छे से रख दिया तो जेल जाना पड़ेगा ऐसे सरकारी वकील आपकी तरफ से ही लडेगा लेकिन अगर आप अफोर्ड कर लो तो प्राइवेट वकील कर सकते हैं।

c.o. ke sign ke bad chargesheet court me submit ho jayegi uske bad court uspar sangyan legi or muljimo ko summan jari karegi agar wo nahi aate ha to phir warrant jari hoga. apni safety or apne case me jaan dalne ke liye aap apni side se bhi wakil kar sakte ha. sarkari wakil apke case me itna dhyan nahi denge.
