498a false fir registered in ALIGARH, UP (1 month ago) just to take revenue of my police complaint (matrimonial home DELHI). Charge sheet not yet filed. Please suggest where to go for quashing, Allahabad High Court or the Lucknow?

your jurisdiction fall in Allahabad High court in Allahabad because you are jurisdiction for adequate falls for Allahabad not in Lucknow Allahabad bench if you need help you can call me and contact me

you have to move allahabad High Court there you can get relief and if court find that FIR is false then High Court has power to quash the FIR and for more detail you have to brief your case in detail then i can help you in high court
