I have given money to a person for a job.i he. Not seen him.only through phone.all translations are through bank.he says he is a big shot in politics and has an advocate ready incase of case.his number is off and do not know where he is.can anyone help me what to do and can I get my money back.
hello client as i can see your issue is really very much serious in nature . as you are saying tht you have transphered money from your bank account into his bank account so in this matter we have solution for yout matter but it will go through court tht is the only way to get back your money accept legal way there is no other way gor you to get back your money.

If the police officials are not doing the FIR then you need to file an application under section 156(3) to the magistrate of your area. After that the magistrate will call upon the status report from the police and then the FIR will be registered. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
