Jewelry stolen from home what to do ?

We noticed theft of some gold stolen from home, suspected maid and one of friend visited as a guest , was not knowing how to proceed as both were known people , yesterday saw a pic on our guest relative what’s app status of guest wearing my Jewellery, now I need legal advise how to go about it

Well, you have to prove, that, such Jewellery which is now in the possesion and custody of your guest relative was your's. Then only, Jewellery can be successfully recovered by lodging a FIR & executing a Search Warrant in your favor.

you have to file a complaint before police station situated in your area. you should get help of an advocate to draft the complaint that should be filed before police station. Police will register FIR and then investigate.
