IVF clinic fraud & false information

Ivf clinic assured me that I will have baby. Gave wrong information, hide accurate info, misguided about ivf process that took 250000. Both attempt failed. Now they saying embryo was not good. Why didn't tell me earlier that it's not good quality. Why tried second attempt. Just to loot money.

Since the concerned hospital intensely suppressed, withheld or conceiled certain facts, which they aught to have disclosed, makes them culpable in the eyes of law and moreover they extracted a certain amount of money so as to give u certitude, a case accordingly shall be booked as against them on the above mentioned ground. Though ivf to my limited understanding is some times abortive as well.

lodge criminal complaint in the nearest Court of magistrate because the police station will not lodge such FIR as it requires opinion of the specialised doctor but hardly any specialised doctor will give opinion against sach IVF centre. police is also managed by such centres.
