I've been cheated and frauded ruppes 81k by wolkcifer trading

There's an Instagram account named @Wolkcifertrading (https://instagram.com/wolkcifertrading?utm_medium=copy_link) The owner of this channel is Shivam from Bangalore as he said. He took 80k rupe from me in his Paytm wallet. I was very new in trading so he said he will give me 10-12% return on regular basis. He gave me the screenshots of profits..but whenever I asked to give my profits..he always makes excuses.. I'm ended by loosing my 81k ruppes...I can't launch an fIR against him... Because of I'm scared if my family get to know all dis. They will kick me out of the house. I'm helpless... Although I've all the chats and UPI IDs as a proof...What to do
If you will not file a cyber complaint or a formal FIR, you will have to proceed with filing recovery suit in the civil court which I think is also not a possibility for you. If you want any action against the culprit, you must proceed legally and report the crime first.
There is no other way of recovering money otherwise.
However, a legal notice can be sent if the address of this person/company is known to you.
Please atleast report the person to Cyber Cell for online fraud.

as soon as possible you can approach to your nearest police station or cyber crime police station. and make a police complaints. including all the evidence you have the culprits. it is clear matter of cheating and breach of trust. if police not lodge your FIR then contact to your concern court. and file a application for registering FIR against culprit.

You have to lodge the FIR either directly or indirectly by any other person because until and unless you will not FIR there will be no action taken against him because this is the best way and the fastest way receive back your money . But other than that There are various ways to get your own money back.
