IPC 499, 500, 182 and 211. Where should I file.

04-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Won Ex-Parte Decree of Divorce on 24.04.2017 based on cruelty on Ex-Husband and deliberate/willful desertion. Won 498A, 406, 34 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the DP Act through Cr.P.C. 482 Quashing on 27.04.2023. Ex-Wife has filed 498A in the Court of the Hon’ble 2nd JM, Alipore which is Quashed. My jurisdiction is Barrackpore Court. Where to file IPC 499, 500, 182 and 211 against the Ex-Wife?

you can file at both the jurisdiction ..or can also file the same at high court at calcutta by increasing the pecuniary value..its up to you...but the question is do you want to...its a luxury suit...if filed in high court atleast the other side will get scared
