Investment Fraud from Dubai in Mumbai

I had a close female friend since 12 years in Mumbai. She moved to Dubai from Mumbai in Feb 2023 for job. In Jan 2024 She borrowed Rs 250000 from me via WhatsApp conversation with some audio in between which I have saved. I gave her the loan in her Indian Bank Account. She told me that she is investing in a private catering tiffin business in Dubai and will return me the money by July 2024 with 5% interest per month. I was fraudulently induced to invest into a non existent catering business.
