Invested money in a company now company declared fraud what to do

i invested Rs 1.50 lakh in some company , but recently company declare fraud, Then how to recover my money? where to file a fir , im resident in delhi but company in noida.?
You may register FIR in Delhi and institute a criminal case against the company. You may also also institute recovery suit of civil nature. Further may be decided after a meeting

Your problem is related to jurisdiction of your case, in this relation let me clear one thing the judge diction will be entertained at the place where the transaction has been done... If your transaction has been done in Noida then jurisdiction will be Gautam Budh Nagar and if the transaction has been taken place in Delhi only then you can lodge an FIR/ case in Delhi

If the company cheated you, you can lodge an FIR by simply filing complaint in that jurisdiction where company's registered office is situated. It would be better if a lawyer draft your complaint. Sir, you have to lodge a complaint in Noida police station as per company address from where you will get an FIR regd.and secondly you have to file a civil case for recovery of said amount ,this case will also be filed as per company address ( defendant address )
