hello client as a matter which you have mentioned above is a matter seems to be of biogamy in this matter aa you trying to confirm the eveidentry value in front of the court wheather it will relly or not. so the things you have mentioned is offcourse a document of decleration i agree but the course of action you are looking for need to be discussed ovet call.

This could be a case of suspicion and could lead to a worse result. It is strongly advised to have strong evidence and proof that can have a huge negative impact on your relationship, and then these evidences may be helpful to file for divorce or so before a court of competent jurisdiction.
