Instagram Chatting With My Ex Girl Friend. Discharge Petition Accept

Dear sir/madam Dear sir, My ex girlfriend is chatting with me through Instagram app. She is daily call to me and sms me. Both are chat sexual chat . She is taken screenshot but I am delete each and every message. She is cheating me. And complaint against me. The fir filed under section 354A and 354D. I am staying in another state.she is staying another state. Kindly guide us sir. : She is married to another person and i am also married another person. Kindly suggest how to put in discharge petition. It is can possible.kindly guide us sir

As you said your Girlfriend filed. fir with sections 354A and 354D ..both are leaving in different places you deleted chat emssages and she saved that messages.... approach to any advocate he will help you in getting dispose this fir and u will be free from this case , speak to her once and settle by urself if not we will help you

hi first need to see the contents of the chargesheet filed and the allegations mentioned against you and based on that you could file discharge or quash petition anf based on that you could proceed further
