Well it needs time and it's a hit and trial based exercise, as there are a lot of courts with several districts of we're talking about just Delhi region. A good Advocate who knows what to search and where to search can help you with this.

it's possible and totally depend on pendendency of the case and if summon not received, due to address change or some other reason like sometimes summon service officials file bogus report, but when a case is pending then Court always follow procedure

Yes it's possible. You can get a police clearance certificate issued and also get court records checked by a lawyer if you are suspicious that there can be a case filed in any particular area or courts. But even then there is no 100 percent guarantee.

if any case whether civil or criminal is filed against you in any court of law then the court send you the notice/summon to appear in court. You have to contact me through telephonically or meeting physically discussion over your case/query then I can give you a suitable reply about your query.

Yes, it is possible that a complaint, FIR, or case is pending without your immediate knowledge. In criminal matters, you usually come to know when the police contact you or the court issues summons or notice, which can take a few weeks to a few months depending on service of summons. In civil cases, delays in service can be even longer, sometimes requiring substituted service like newspaper publication. To check proactively, you can search your name on the e-Courts portal, High Court websites, or inquire with the local police station. A lawyer can also help verify across different courts to confirm if anything is pending.

Yes, it is possible under many scenarios. For instance service on the wrong address. There is no way by which you can be 100% sure. However, I can look for if there's any case till date but it will be chargeable. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Its possible, that the Complaint is registered but cognizance is not taken by the Court. Once Court takes cognizance, you shall receive the summon. Or your Counsel can do a general check for you. Without Cognizance you will not be required to participate in the hearings.
