Q: My boyfriend cheated on me i m depressed now

My bf cheated onme, we both were in a relation for 3yr, he himself made all the relationships with me on his own will,bt now he said that I will do whatever my family says,his family refused,he left me and now his family is fix his marriage at some other place,in2months I havebeen depressed for 8mnth.he always ignores me, he said i can't go against my family for you.he told me that I consider you as my wife & applied sindor, aftr all this he left me..I am totally depressed nd hurt myself.help me

It is a serious issue, file a police complaint against the cheater but before doing anything or taking any step, you must consult an experienced advocate, because this is a sensitive matter. Q: Should we take anticipatory bail in non verbal sexual harassment

Hi,One lady put allegation on my friend that he stares her chest while crossing her in lift or lobby . My friend condemned her alligators and asked her to show any artifacts as we have cctv camera everywhere . She refused to give any proofs and not even told the date and time when she felt this . Can police arrest to my friend on her complaint. ?Should we go for anticipatory bail ?

yes you get anticipatory bail ask your friend to file police and preserve somewhere VDR of CCTV and photo of lift area you also produce all the proof, photograph to the police officials but make sure you file complaint immediately without wasting time for justice In that type of cases court alow ancipatotry bail

Is it possible that someone has a pending against his own and he is not aware ? I have never received any summons from anywhere ?Is it possible their might be something like case pending against me like complaint or case ? If yes then within how much time does it take for someone to know ?

it's possible and totally depend on pendendency of the case and if summon not received, due to address change or some other reason like sometimes summon service officials file bogus report, but when a case is pending then Court always follow procedure
