after 2 years of f.i.r, IO filed a charge sheet in MM court Delhi ,
Shall i apply for bail before next date on 28 Jan 2025 ? which type of bail we needs to take regular of anticipatory ?
suppose if i don't have any know person who can give my bail , can i give fixed deposit on my name
yes, you have to take anticipatory bail , you will get bail and for surety either you can deposit, there is no issue. you need take as soon as possible. the process is very simple. if you will take bail prior to next date will be very fine

You should have applied for regular bail when the IO could not file the chargesheet in 90 days. However, you can apply for the same at this stage, too. Anticipatory bail is filed before being arrested, and regular bail is filed after the arrest.
