In 376 case the lady gives different story in front of police & court

An FIR is done against a man whose age is 32 by a lady whose age is 38 on section 376 after 7 months of alleged rape done by the man on context of marriage plus forced also. Now the girl has told in court that sex happened in march 2022 while she was with him in same hotel room for 7 days and the guy has proof for it. She says that on march 18th he raped her in his house where the girl went on her own, while they were already in the same hotel room in february for 7 days. In court she said that she met him in March while guy has the proof showcasing they are together in same room where girl is kissing him on cheeks. SHe told correct version later to police but her false statement is already recorded in court. She told promise to marry happened in march while they are in same room and consensual sex happened in february onlyWhat happens in such case?

Hello.... At what stage your case has reached??? kindly tell.....then only the options could be told to you... And if F.I.R. has been lodged under Section 376 then you will be arrested...Police will arrest you in future..... so please provide all the documents related to the case....and the stages of the case...
