I'm of 73 yrs. My son(43yrs) is abusing & attempting to beat me.

My son is a divorcee. Now he has brought a married & legal wife of other man for living with her as 'Kept' in my house. As I am not going to allow this dirty & illegal act, my son is trying to make me scared by violent shouting, abusing & even he is attempting to beat me, I'm scaring severely to live with a possible killer in my home.

You have to take criminal recourse against your son before it's too late. You must file an application before the Ld. Magistrate Court. In the said Application you have to state about all the torture your son is putting you in. Your son will be punished as per the law once you prove your case.

Hello, I am very sad and disheartened to listen to your situation. You can have to take criminal recourse against your son and the lady so that they can be driven out of your house. Further actions will also be required.
