When I was 5years old .I was sexual abused by my cousin. If I take action against him. Can I get justice

you should file a criminal complaint against him for what he did to you. for that an fir has to be lodged in the police station stating all the facts of the case ie how it happened etc. ad also why didn't you file the complaint before. regards

dear client as per your query you have to take the actions prior but if he still does such things you can definitely take action against it as being abuse in your childhood and assault are different things after such a long span of time being abuse and getting Justice is a bit tough for further details do contact us
