I was contacted by a recruitment consultant agency called Consultant India stating they got my profi

I was contacted by a recruitment consultant agency called Consultant India stating they got my profile from Wipro and IBM and said congratulations for getting a job with 110% confirmation. She told me to pay 2100 as registration fee and they kept adding many many procedures and it's been 3 months, I paid 2.91 lakhs already and they are asking me to pay 30k more. They're telling Wipro selected my profile and my date of joining is 20th April. I still don't have any clarity about all these. I checked with Wipro Ombudsman and they confirmed that this Consultant India is not a registered recruitment partner of their organisation.I was told by a person from Verification team of this agency that I'll get my refund by 1st of April.Please help me. I lost my entire lifetime savings and my 1 full year's salary.Kindly help me

we can file money recovery suit against that consultancy as well as police complaint u/s 420 cr.p.c. so that we could compel them to pay don't worry sir. Initially we need send demand notice and register police complaint as priority

I can help you. First of all I have to file a case in the Magistrate court for directions to register FIR against the recruitment consultant. Secondly, I have to file another civil suit for recovery of RS 2.91 lakhs from the consultant. Please contact me urgently
