I want to remove my name from criminal case which is pending in court

My name is envolved in one of criminal case in which 7 members from my family name are put as case is pending in court and trail is going on but I am just graduate student and that case is giving me issues for job. As also I am preparing for government exam so I want to remove my name from case how can I do that

If it is a warrant case where state is prosecuting you people then you may either go for discharge before the trial court based upon the weak evidences in charge sheet or you may go for quashing before high court under section 482 of criminal procedure code

Hello , which type of case it is become important for getting discharge from case or acquittal, unless it is permitted under law post charges are framed it becomes then difficult to remove your name then you have to face entire trial. You should write an application to court based on type of case and as per legal provisions
