I want to finish our case. It is a posco case. Can i be in favour accu

I am a victim and my mother is a complainant. And now we want to close or finish our case . We want to take our case back. How can we do that. We have already quashed the file in high court but the judge didn't approve. Now i have h date on saturday. Can i say in favour of the accused??

Its next to impossible to withdraw a case at this stage. As the court cannot satisfy its conscious in this regard as to why one wants to withdraw the case at this stage. If at any stage you feel, if you really are a victim that you're being harassed by the accused or if any undue advantage is taken by them/him for the withdrawal, you should straight away contact the women help desk under the joint commissioner of your area.
And if the case was filled on the wrong foot, then you need a lawyer to sort this out.

hello client tue quashing of the case is possible by the high court .but as you are saying that judge is not at all aggreing to close the case .do not worry i need to go through the case file i am sure your case will.get close no issues will.be there.your case will.get close.

you need to put an application for withdrawal of the case before the court Court and need to take NOC from the other party and take her into confidence that she won't object to your request. please kindly share the case details so that I can help you better.
