Q: Exploitation by Coaching Teacher and Threatened to Murder

Hi,One of my friend is being exploited by her tution teacher and after opposing, girl was harassed by him in several way i.e slapping, follow up, murder threatening to her family members. But after so many days suffering however she discussed his brutal behavior with her family members. Family members lodge the FIR and inspector restricted him to do this kind of offences again as inspectors do. For few days he was normal but very recently he said to someone that he will take revenge from that girl and murder her.Please help in this aspect with further steps as girl's safety and security is indispensable. Everybody is in tension as they lodged the complaint and consoled the guilty but still that fear exist of girl's safety and security.Waiting for professional valuable suggestion.Thanks in advance as we are in a need of good suggestion.

To assist you in a proper manner I would request you to elaborate the kind of exploitation. In case it is rape, then you need to takeout further without any delay. The person who has done this once would again do this sort of this therefore, in the interest of justice I would request you to take this matter further. As a matter of fact, the apprehension of murder is a serious threat to life; should be dealt in a proper manner. You should suggest your friend to file a complaint regarding the same, to be copied to Jt.CP, ACP, DCP & CP.

Q: Company refuse to pay my 4 month salary by saying they don't have mone

My company refuse to pay my four month salary to no reason just by saying they don't have money. But they still successfully commencing their company. I have my offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, and receiving letter with me. What should I do now. And if I go to labour court, how much time it take to take out my salary from company?

Time consumed in litigation differs from case to case; the circumstances and factual position counts too much in litigation. tHerefore it is very difficult to calculate the time that would be incurred in getting an award from labour court. Usually it takes at least 6-12 Months in getting an award from the labour commissioner. As a primary step you should serve a legal notice to your employer raising demand of your outstanding salary.

You need a real counsel to get you out of this trouble. More so you need to get down in a apologetic manner. Their is no provision in law which would grant you immunity against the crime against such a noble profession. the only way you can get away with this is to tender apology and I must say apologies to each one of the dignitaries.....

Q: I want to finish our case. It is a posco case. Can i be in favour accu

I am a victim and my mother is a complainant. And now we want to close or finish our case . We want to take our case back. How can we do that. We have already quashed the file in high court but the judge didn't approve. Now i have h date on saturday. Can i say in favour of the accused??

Its next to impossible to withdraw a case at this stage. As the court cannot satisfy its conscious in this regard as to why one wants to withdraw the case at this stage. If at any stage you feel, if you really are a victim that you're being harassed by the accused or if any undue advantage is taken by them/him for the withdrawal, you should straight away contact the women help desk under the joint commissioner of your area. And if the case was filled on the wrong foot, then you need a lawyer to sort this out.
