I want to file rape case against my fraud boyfriend

Hello Everyone, my ex boyfriend nd I was in a relationship for 1 year and in the beginning of the relationship he told me about himself everything which was all lie and I belong to very reputed family my boyfriend used me physically and initially in the starting of the relationship I told him to not to have sex before marriage because I never did and don’t want to have before marriage he agrees but He used to lie to me and take me to the hotel room and used to say that you are looking tired and we will only go nd talk nothing will do and still I denied but he forces me to come with him into hotel room then I trusted him and went to the room with him nd for 5-6 times when I used to go to room with him he didn’t force me for sex but he wanted to have sex but after 5-6 times when I went to room with him for next time he forced me for sex and raped me without my consent after telling him more than 100 times “no” he finally raped me and after that he was saying we will get marry

hi, you need to approach to nearest police station there you need to file FIR against him, but if you state the story as above he will release on bail easily, you need a lawyer so he can draft the complaint so strong , so he couldn't get bail easily from court and in near future the lawyer will fight a case on your behalf

all allegation are attracted to I initiate or file police complaint against your boyfriend. You have file written and oral complaint with your local police station first. Also you have to undergo medical test so that you can prove your case. Police will call Botha the parties and will record their statement before filing FIR.

what so ever your consent he prommised you to marry but after your physical releation he refused to do so so therefoe this is a crime you can file a FIR pls fo head to make FIR beasu he cheated you so kindly go for nearest police station

Ok, If you are willing to get married with him, you can. If not, then it is your choice, then you can file a case against him for forcing you to indulge in sex or forcing himself upon you to rape you. He has to prove, that, he did not commit Rape upon you.
