I want to file for a defamation case

I wish to file a defamation suit against a client for posting baseless and false Google review against my company, its promoters and clients after having taken service for 8 years. Is this a Civil or Criminal type of defamation and what is the right way to proceed and what are the costs for the same. I need expert advise from someone who could further take the matter forward.

okay I Un derstabd your questions so now your claint mantionrd false review to Google right and henis take service fornyou many years and finaly he made a false allegations in reweves right. you don't worry about so you have to file a difamation case againest them it is criminal prosecution it is possible to file the defamation case but courtnrequores documentary evedance how to have a loss of you like that so you will give it and filenthe case so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir You can file both civil case of Defamation claiming compensation for damage of your reputation and criminal case seeking punishment against them. You may have get issue legal notice before initiating such case. If can discuss in person then it would be more convenient for us to go ahead.

Firstly you need to understand what constitutes defamation if earlier he was satisfied with your services and now has made baseless allegations you can surely file for defamation but before that you need to send legal notice through lawyer asking for apology and removal of the review.. cost vary depending on expertise of lawyer
