I want to close my case filed against my Bf

Hi I have filed a case against my Bf cheating and rape , promise of marriage . He was 55 days inside jail and released on bail. I struggled alot in this whole process even though I have all evidence.. charge sheet is pending for past 3 to 5 months.. now my current situation is very bad.. I DNT have money to proceed this case.. and also my parents are old and very sick to struggle with me.. I have lost everything . Now I want to make things right.. watever I struggled for is more than my power.. I want to get rid of this case .. I DNT want money from him or marriage life .. and I DNT want to see his face or punish him.. u can understd how furstated and weak I am.. I want to close this one.. immediately as soon as possible . Is there any possibility to do that.. case has been filed under 376 a ,416, and two other section.
If u thinking like this means call me I can check status of case and close the case there is some remedies to close it with consent of both the parties amicably so discuss with ur boy friend also and u can discuss with ur parents also bcos it’s big issues to decide it
