I need to get a Bail and Quash the matter

Hello,
I recently received summons of a case against me under section 420/406 IPC. Please give me some advice so that I can go before the Hon'ble High court at quash the case.
dear client as per your query since you got a summon you need to appear before the learned court and if necessary then take bail is chargesheet prepared or not and get to know the stage of the case then can apply for quashing of the case...

In order to get a matter quashed from the honourable high court, it is important to get the charge sheet submitted. Until and unless the charge sheet is submitted, a petition for quashing is not entertained by the court.
