I Moved Application For Directions To IO For Submitting Status Report

I moved an application for directions to IO for submitting status report of the case before concerned court, IO submitted status report with false observation and also not in detailed. Can I object this status report in court.

hello client aa you are saying tht you filled an application for filling of the status report from the concern IO in this matter we need to see IO is filling false statua report in the court them we have to take iimidiat steps so tht IO get trapped an d court himaelf take suo moto action agaiant IO and concernes police officers.

Yes…status report can always be objected before the concerned magistrate. For this purpose you have to write your objections in the form of protest petition and address it to the magistrate during arguments. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

yes the same can be done .... put all your facts before the court and address the court on what all points you are not satisfied with the IO investigation....you may also request for change of IO if required

Yes you can file an objection application against such ATR. In order to file an application you need to consult a lawyer with criminal specialists. Also Objection must be contrary to the ATR, denying all the para written in such ATR. It should be point to point, accordance to legal aspects.

the magistrate or the judge as the case may be is not bound by the status report. you are well within your right to protest and file additional facts and the court may ask them to conduct further investigation.
