I made a deal with a person and gave 7 lakhs to him . But he was fraud

The person I made deal with was fraud and took 7 lakhs but didn’t gave the products . What can I do ?

Well, you can lodge a case of Cheating against that person who intentionally took the fees from you by not delivering the Products. You can book this person under Sec 420 of the IPC, 1860 within a prescribed limitation period as per the limitation act, 1963.
