I have wrote a love letter to a girl two year before after that I have said sorry to her inbetween I have not done any thing wrong but now she is blackmailing to my family against that letter , What can be Done she is threating t us that she will go o police
Hello if you have apologised to her then file a police complaint to your nearest police station and police will call her to record her statement and if she is not interested to come then register FIR under extortion and criminal intimidation

Well, it was just a mere Love Letter. Writing a Love Letter expresses that you have asked for her consent and to show willingness to commence a relationship with you, considering, you love her. If she has denied your love letter, then, if you would have stalked her or compelled her or forcing her to start a relationship with you, then, it becomes an offence. Asking a Girl by writing a decent Proposal to marry or seeking her consent to get into relationship with you is not an offence. However, respecting her call to your love letter is important, despite receiving no in reply of your love letter, i.e, to be in relationship with you. Moving on is the key to a peaceful life, if the girl says no to your love letter, considering, Freedom of Choice is supreme.
