I have taken property in rent once interior work done shop sealed.

I have taken one shop and make court agreement on December 2022, after interior work mcd sealed the shop, owner not informed me at the time of agreement that there are dispute in his property with mcd and other. nnWe have already invested more then 10 lack in interior and 2 lack given as an advance now he is saying it will be de seal soon wait wait and wait. Dealer took commission and not replied now call. nnWhat should I do for now ?

you can claim damages, loss in business, mental agony caused by seal with all cost and expenses suffered on account of seal put by mcd. there is concealment on part of shop owner. consult a competent lawyer and get issued legal notice to shop owner and also to commission agent claiming damages and recovery of paid amount with all cost and expenses and thereafter file suit for recovery.

first of all you have to look in your rent agreement for indemnify clause from any court authority or not. then you can send him legal notice and also approach the court for the reimbursement and breach of contract for your agreement
