go it for bail either anticipatory or regular you are having both the provision you can file anticipatory bail in session court or can obtain regular bail after going to police station if police is not willing they will take you in court you can file a bail application and you get bail but keep surety holders with you

In your case, I can get your FIR & Criminal Proceedings Quashed under Sec 482 of CRPC. Quashing of FIR & Criminal proceedings would mean ceasing the legal machinery which had been set in motion. Quashing meaning getting the case dismissed.

Quashing of FIR can be done on the following grounds -
