hi you could file quash petition against the FIR stating that you are not connected to the charges mentioned in the FIR and whether your passport was deposited at the time of FIR and you could apply for permission to go abroad from court

If you have an ongoing criminal case against you, it may have implications for obtaining a passport and a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) required for travel to Kuwait or any other country. Here's some general information to consider: Passport application: When applying for a passport, you will typically be required to disclose any pending criminal cases or charges against you. Depending on the severity of the charges and the discretion of the passport authorities, your application may be processed or delayed. It's essential to provide accurate information and comply with any requirements or documentation requested by the passport office. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC): A PCC is a document issued by the police or relevant authority, certifying your criminal record status. If you have a pending criminal case, it may affect the issuance of a PCC. The police may not issue a PCC until the case is resolved or may provide information regarding the ongoing case in the certificate. Consult an attorney: It's highly recommended to consult with a lawyer who specializes in criminal law in your jurisdiction. They can provide specific advice based on the details of your case and the laws of your country. They will be able to guide you on the potential impact of the pending criminal case on your passport application and the process of obtaining a PCC. Legal proceedings: It's important to actively participate in the legal proceedings related to your case, attend all hearings, and follow the instructions of the court. Depending on the progress of your case and any court orders, it may be necessary to provide updates or documents related to your travel plans to the court or relevant authorities.

if you not yet arrested under 353 means they don't have sufficient ground to arrest for which you can go for quashing the matter in the High Court for the 506 also ... Have you filed it already?? move an application in a competent court for modification/ alteration/ deletion conditions of bail for releasing his passport.
