I have been charged with BNS section 76 , 351,151.


29-Jul-2024 (In Criminal Law)
Though the charges are false and FIR is done. Am I able to get Bail If I get in custody.If yes then how much time it will take.

you can file either for the bail, or if you have material evidence that you are not involved in the matter, then you should go for the FIR quash proceedings before the High Court so that you will be free in go and the tag of the FIR will also remove for more details you can connect with me

if charges are false and case is registered on the concocted facts then you may apply for quashing of FIR or apply for Anticipatory Bail in the matter. there is no need to get regular bail if there is groud.
