I have been arrested wrongfully

I have been charged for a 376,506,511R/W34 pocso act 4,8,16,18 and I am the accused number 2 my friend's girlfriend she open a case against him that her raped her and at the time of the arrest I was at his place so police had put my name as the accused number 2 just because they found me there at his house and the case is still running since 2016 and my trail is going to start on 08/06/2022 and the main accuse has run away before 2 years and now I don’t know what to do to get out of this problem plz I need your advice as soon as possible

okay I understand your questions so now your friend and you strucked 376 affence right so a1 obsconding a2 you right ok now you have to take one advocate and fight the case your not in this pitcher like that as per law so it is you are not do any 376offence youbwill be a aqquetal in this offence and you have to show all the he evidence what you have in your side so you will be winning t he case you are not an accused. if you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir, It seems you are unnecessarily involved in rape case. Get all the papers from the Court or Police Station so that we can file quashing petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and see that your name is deleted from the charge sheet. If you do not take immediately they would be a problem.
