I have a vehicle seized which i rent through self driving company

I have a vehicle which i rent through the self driving company (vehicle registered under the company name) Police seized that vehicle as one customer carrying ganja in it and filed FIR. Can some one help me with the procedure to get the vehicle
It is very big offense. After formalities you have to approach concerned court through RC holder to get back the vehicle. It may be released by imposing some conditions. You must be in good books with police otherwise they may include your name in charge sheet.

Hello, you need to file an application before the court for release of the same and the police will get report from the police and later the vehicle will be released upon you expecting bond before the court.
