I have a case under sec 323,324,204 & 506 since 2004
27-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Case mein charge Bane 8 saal ho gye hai . I am a combatant defence personnel and face problem to present on hearing . n1. Kya hearing pe appearance exempt ho sakti hai.2. Kya case ko dismiss kiya ja sakta hai because other party koi karyavahi nhi ker rhi hai.3. I am so harrassed by my lawyers
