Q: Bail procedure u/s 498a and 504

Hello esteemed lawyers. I have received as summons from court u/s 498a and 504. The FIR was registered in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh and the court is Surajpur district court, Gautambudh Nagar. Myself (husband) and my parents are named as accused. The first date is April 6 2023. My queries are as follows:nn1. Do I need to file for bail on the first date itself? Or will the court give me next date for filing of bail?n2. My first date of appearing is April 6 2023. Can I file for bail before this date?n3. Is the bail granted on personal bond or a surety is required?n4. If surety is required, how many people are required per accused?n5. In case surety is required, what documents are eligible to be submitted by the surety?

Q: I have sent notice section 13 1 ia to my wife

My wife not liking and showing difference, separation with me from beginning of our marriage. Wife parents covering that she had job aspiration in her mindset. Breakup pathups happened after family counselling. Poor communication, disrespect, Physical sex intimacy was very poor between us. Due to separation of more than year now I have file section 13 1 (ia) and she respondent that sexual harassments and claiming that impotent with family members. Please suggest how to deal this scenario. Shall I go for test?

Yes you can go for test because there court needs evidence and after test you have evidences to clear a false allegations and claims on you and after you can go to court with the certified test reports and if you have any proofs to his allegations are false and wrong so you can carry with him go to court and show the Judge threw his advocate. If you have any person to give the evidence to his false allegations so you can give evidence through his/her .
