Sir, I did dowry less marriage and only stayed 3 months in total with my wife in breaks. She also tried to kill me in that time. Now she has filed DV case in which there are many false statement mentioned her affidavit which I have proof that those are false. How could I address in this case by using 340crpc or 482 ? which one is most suitable remedy in my case. I am up for any compromise and I would like to fight this false cases until my last breathe.
