Plz give details of ur case including ur case no ,nature of case and where it has been filled so that exact status of the case can be given to u. Miscellaneous matters not defined pertains to the proceedings in any criminal /civil trial regarding pending applications/evidence etc .

this is generally mentioned in proceedings online status (in a court cis software) when only adjournment is sought by any party in the case. you can contact your advocate in such circumstances to know about the process and also seek certified copies of proceedings from the court to know the status.
