I am out of India from last 4 yrs. Cheque bounce cases are pending

I have cheque bounce cases are pending. I m out of India from 4 yrs.Can court issue order to cancell my passport.

Hey What is the amount of cheques? How many cheques are there? Depends upon facts of the case. Usually it will not happen. As before any harsh orders, the court will summons to give you show cause notice . Court can not ipso facto cancel ur passport.

in such case court shall firstly issue bailable warrant and thereafter non bailable warrant and if accused is not arrested then court can proceed for attachment of properties and can also direct police for look out etc. Police may proceed accordingly and may check where abouts from authorities and to have your in person. Appoint an advocate to do necessary work so as to avoid unpleasant incident. If required consult with detail.

If you are out of India then you need to hire an advocate who can attend the court dates and take permanent exemption for your appearance under section 205 CRPC in the court …because if you do not attend the court date then court will issue non-bailable warrant against you and then later you will be proclaimed offender n then nobody can save u going to jail …plz b in touch
