I am an NRI how can I file a case against a fraud builder in India

Hello Sir, Ive promised on many things while getting my booking. After booking the builder cheated me on all things they initially agreed. Since I'm an NRI. they are taking advantage of my location and situation. Not respecting, not responding. Please let me know what should I do
You can appoint some one to represent you in India. If that person comes to em will draft a power to represent you in Indian Courts, You can get it attested by Indian consulate in Your Country. With that I can file a case here.

In this case appointed a power of attorney who is in india and who can file a look into the matter so execute power of attorney and file a case for the same under consumer protection act and claim for relief which you want. Like tefund, compensation etc

Ans: you can issue notice pointing out the deficiencies and also file a consumer complaint seeking rectification, or you can get the same rectified after certification of defects and then claim the said expenses from the builder.
