Husband chased two daughters and me from from home and he got married

Got married in 2004 two daughters in 2009,2015,he injured and chased out of house and got married without getting divorce from me and he is threatening no way you can prove my second marriage in law.how to solve this issue prove the illegal marriage he is having self acquired agri land and house

first of all you file a maintenance case against your husband for you and your daughter's. you can also file domestic violence case for your shelter also. Try to find out the second wife's details. It is difficult to prove the second marriage in a polygamy case. That's the ground reality. You need photos of his second marriage, eye-witnesses who saw his Marriage. Proving is difficult . But You shall seek financial maintenence from your husband and also for your daughters under 125 crpc.
