How to transfer 498 a case from Vijayawada to Delhi

My wife filed 498 a case against on me on 2013 in Vijayawada (Andhrapradesh) Mahila police station present court hearings going on in Vijayawada Court. But due to my job purpose I was settled in delhi from last 3 years, every time for court hearing purpose iam difficult to getting leave from office and also every time I was unable to travel such a long journey. So please we need your valuable suggestion in case transfer topic from Vijayawada to Delhi. ?

For limited purpose, you may file transfer Petition before Supreme Court citing your inconvenience and in the interest of justice. In the transfer Petition, you can state that you are willing to reimburse travelling expenses incurred by your wife for attending case here in Delhi. I assume that chargesheet has not been filed in your matter.

Even otherwise, recently a judgment has come from the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court has suggested the appearance through Video Conferencing in matters related to matrimonial dispute specially filed under section 498A.
