How to speedup the case hearings?

26-Feb-2026 (In Criminal Law)
I've filed a FIR against 3 people - father and his 2 sons for taking money promising a flat and then running away with it. Now police has arrested one, who later came out on bail while other two applied for anticipatory bail and got it. Now the case is in court but these guys attend one hearing and remain absent for next few, hence it is just delaying. I've given money through bank so having all traces of it. What should I do to make it faster? Any online application? No summons for me yet

file a civil case for recovery of your or a case under specific relief act to seek possession of the flat through court orders, also in criminal case there so no provision for recovery or possible possession, now in criminal case you need to go to the court on every date and ask for arrest warrant if they don't appear on the date and ask lawyer to file application for it, the lawyer of Accused will file application for exemption from personal hearing oppose that and ask for their appearance or subject to fine give them exemption

You (through your advocate) can file an application before the same Sessions Court requesting: Early date of hearing Day-to-day trial (if appropriate) Priority listing due to hardship Grounds you can mention: Financial loss suffered Mental harassment Long delay since 2023 Accused delaying the matter Your personal hardship (age, health, financial difficulty) Courts sometimes allow early hearing if the reason is genuine.

Issue a legal notice citing deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. Seek repair/replacement, refund, and compensation. Then file a complaint before District Consumer Commission with all records and job cards.

To expedite your case, you can file an application for speedy trial under Section 482 of the CrPC (or Section 528 of the BNSS) in the High Court, seeking directions for the trial court to conclude proceedings within a fixed timeline. Since the accused are delaying by remaining absent, you can: Apply for Cancellation of Bail: If the accused are violating bail conditions by not attending hearings, you can file for cancellation of their bail under Section 439(2) CrPC.
